Maintainership of 2 orphaned packages

The full sentence is:

"... and join (or re-assign to you) open bug reports in bugzilla where
package owner's attention is needed."

Which means that somebody, who plans to take over maintainership
of a package, ought to query bugzilla for any open tickets and then
re-assign them or join Cc.
