I'd like to take maintainership of firestarter.

I've got a couple small patches (one that removes browser links from the
help menu since it runs as root and thus opens browser as root, and one
that adds CUPS and APCUPSD to the menu of easily selectable services),
and have done a little bit of cleanup to reduce rpmlint errors.

I still need to package the documentation since I'd like to remove the
external url documentation link, and I need to investigate bug 160431
