Ok, so it is secure enough. You need to add the user to a certain group or to
sudoers to allow?

Yes, I strongly agree with you here.

Ok, but you still should add "Requires: rpm-python".

The "technical reason" is the "name" of the gui executable "smart --gui" which
maps to "smart-gui" better than to "smart-gtk". Smart does not advertise a "gtk
mode" but a "gui mode".
