can you do this:
enable selinux
do touch /.autorelabel as root
reboot and boot using sysvinit (will take some time to relabel)
boot initng with the selinux patch (old one without re-exec) and add enforcing=0
to the kernel cmd line.
post all avc messages you get after booting.
