Recapitulate the current state of Fedora Extras and some ideas to make it better

I was talking about the awareness that there already exists a marketing 
team. For other things, there is always bugzilla and yes Fedora does do 
more of the core hard system work compared to polishing now. A bit of 
focus on the polishing cant hurt. We are improving though. Help is welcome.
