Renaming in CVS

Hey,

One of my packages was renamed upstream. There's a section here:

explaining what to do in the spec file, but how should it be dealt with in
CVS ?
Do I require a manual rename on
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Extras/CVSSyncNeeded ?
Should I create a new srpm and cvs-import.sh it ?
