FE-NEW assigned and unassigned (Was Eiciel )

Agreed -- that's a common problem AFAICS (some bugs were for example
accidentally assigned to the default and mostly ignored
bugzilla-sink at leemhuis.info account).

Well, what do do? We can change the state to "NEW" without asking the
bugzilla admin IIRC (correct me if I'm wrong). So the best probably
would be if reviewers would simply ignore the "new" or "assigned" status
when looking at bugs blocking FE-NEW. That *should* work because all
packages under review *should* block FE-REVIEW instead of FE-NEW. Okay,
that were two "should" in one sentence, and that's probably the reason
why it won't work :-/
