Cross-compilers.

It is an really good idea to do this, but the problem is, that the
targets are extreme different. So it must be extreme modular.
Then it can be also used for build tool chains for embedded systems.
And it can also be used to test compiling RPM packages for other systems
like compile for EMT64 on an x86:)
