I would very much prefer if you only filed bugs with suggested fixes,
rather than simple bug reports. Matt's reports provide a list of failing
packages, so I don't think simply filing bug reports adds a lot.
Moreover, Matt's list is convenient place for people to find packages to
look at if they're interested in getting things fixed.
