No, but do you really want to try to document bits and pieces like this
somewhere and keep it up to date for N distro versions, where the method
how to do it properly most likely varies between packages?

The fundamental problem with a page containing large amounts of such
information I see is that will have to be *huge* to cover an useful
amount of cases, and when it's that huge, it may very well be
indigestible by the intended target audience, ie. those who actually
need guidance in fixing something like a rpath problem.

I claim that a Wiki page for this purpose is not a reasonable substitute
for human assistance, and thus fear that it may end up as a big pile of
confusion and a maintenance nightmare.  A list of links to documents
covering specific problem areas would be more useful and help people to
actually learn about the issues instead of parroting recipes.

But by all means, please prove me wrong ;)

Yep, that would be cool, although I don't quite agree with "more
reasonable" at the moment.
