extras buildsys/plague downtime

Hi folks,
 We've got to swap out a disk in the buildmaster
(buildsys.fedoraproject.org) in order to increase available space.
Therefore, we'll be taking plague down while they're swapped.

This will happen Monday June 5th at 13:00 GMT-4.

Ideally it will only take 20 minutes to do everything but give me until
at least 14:00 before sending out the hatemail. :)
