'CVS sync need' proposition

Hi!

For the injection to some stable branch some package a requrement should 
be posted to following link:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Extras/CVSSyncNeeded

My proposition is to add automatical announce to this list after request 
is approved. It's save a bit of time for packagers.
