unable to use mock

The repository URL is wrong. The "/os" is missing in your config.Should
be:

  http://newmirror.linux.duke.edu/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/i386/os/

Could it be that there's a mock package which needs an update for
the changed Rawhide repository layout?
