Crediting Bill Nottingham and Jesse Keating here, they figured this out for my rebuild scripts.

Yes, that's kind of a long URL, but it gets you the CSV file. :-)
Note the bug number is 163779 in the URL; you can change that as
necessary for other blocker bugs.

The other trick is to use a cookie to select your columns.
