New mock package coming out soon

I'm not sure if the buildsys machines are even running Fedora, but if
they are, someone might want to make sure mock doesn't get updated
until things have been well-tested.  Otherwise if there's a problem we
might be stuck in a position of not being able to build a fixed
package.
