Ralf,
 I do feel you're being unfair to Dan. He's not doing this
intentionally. He's doing everything he can to assess the problem and
fix it. I understand you're frustrated but he doesn't deserve your
wrath. Fine, something's not right but being snippy to him isn't going
to motivate a fix for the problem. If anything the hatefulness is just
going to demotivate anyone from contributing their time to the project.
Dan doesn't _have_ to work on this. I'm sure his job at rh keeps his
schedule very busy. 

As is always the case report the problems you're having but don't get
cranky about it, it's not going to help the situation and it just makes
everything that much worse all around.
