Since FC4 (IIRC):

  $ rpm -qf /usr/lib/xmms/Input/libcdaudio.so
  xmms-1.2.10-20.fc5

XMMS > Options > Preferences > Audio I/O Plugins > CD Audio Player 1.2.10
