Good:
+ Local build worked fine.
+ Mock build wored fine.
Bad:
- Missing SMP flags. If it doesn't build with it, please add a comment
(wiki: PackagingGuidelines#parallelmake)
- %{?dist} missing.
- init script doesn't have a reload action.
