Can't upload new package

I'm not sure why this happens when I want to upload new package into
Extras

rvokal at garfield common$ ./cvs-import.sh ~/CVS_EXTRAS/nc6-1.0-2.src.rpm

Why it says the module already exists? I can't find it. What seems to be
the problem here?
