wxGTK 2.6 for FE3/4?

Sorry, missed this message. The current plan is: as soon as wxGTK 2.6.3 and
the corresponding wxPython 2.6.3.0 are released and working in FE5 and
devel, they will be dropped back into FE4 along with the corresponding
compat packages. I hadn't intended to mess with as far back as FE3....
