disttag for devel

Hello,

I recently built cfitsio for FC-4, FC-5, and devel, and both the FC-5
and devel ones were built with the same disttag; fc5.  I double checked
that I had cvs up'ed common/ before hand.  What did I do wrong (if
anything)?
