Remove devel branch for obsoleted packages from CVS? (Was: Re: FE Package Status of Mar 22, 2006)

I agree that if all the files are gone, there's not much point... since there 
won't be a Makefile either... :-)

But I dunno.  Gives a sort of warm, fuzzy, comforting feeling I guess...
