xosd, lrmi, and tpb

Since no one else is interested, I am planning on taking over xosd,
lrmi and tpb. I will take over a bit later today. If someone else
would like to do so, let me know...

I might take over the other thinkpad orphans as well, need to look at
the kmod stuff to see how it works first. :)

I'd be happy to hand these off later to interested parties...
