What's installed per default in mock could change real soon. FESCo is
discussing the list mock currently uses and some people think that
gettext should not be in the default buildroot. More details later. And:

It's not listed in 
http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Guidelines#Exceptions
so it should be BuildRequired.
