mock build - need help

I'm trying to build a package in mock, and I'm getting an error in 
setting up the repo.  I've fixed the pointers in the /etc/mock config 
files to point to the right places, but still can't get anywhere.  The 
result/root.log file says this is the issue:

Am I missing a correction I need to make to my config, or is there
