lbreakout in fedora extras?

Hi all,

I'm concidering packaging lbreakout for FE, but I think the name is a
problem, so some days ago I send a kind request to upstream to change
the name, of which I'll reproduce a part here as it decribes the issue
at hand:

"There currently is one problem with lbreakout (and other lgames) at the
moment though, their names. We at Fedora try to be very carefully to
make a 100% Free distro which isn't "tainted" in anyway. Sticking to
lbreakout as example, the original breakout game is copyrighted by Atari
which still exists, and breakout clearly qualifies as a trademark. If
I'm to believe Atari's website its even a registered trademark, see:
http://www.atari.com/us/games/atari_anniversary/pc

And look at the "Breakout®" text."

Thus I believe lbreakout cannot be included as is however Debian does
have it in main. My guess is Debian just overlooked this and this cannot
go into FE as is. Opinions anyone?

Regards,

Hans

p.s.

Chances are high that if the concensus is this cannot go in as is I'll
do a rebranded version and package that.
