Circular dependencies

It is OK as rpm/yum can sort this out at install / update / removal time 
provided that both packages are in the transaction list.  The fun part comes 
in BUILDING them.  If they are a buildrequires of eachother, how do you get 
them into the build system to build in the first place?  Some bootstrapping 
may have to happen.
