repoclosure, multilib, and gift pkg

This is multilib at work methinks.  What to do about it?

plan a:
* split gift shlibs and giftd daemon (which links against libmagic) into
separate pkgs.
CON: gift-using apps no longer (automatically) pull-in giftd as a
dependency.  WORKAROUND: add Requires: gift-daemon (or whatever new pkg
name is) to said apps.

plan b:
* hmm... can't think of a plan b.  Suggestions?
