This is moving to Core in FC5 to obsolete the Mozilla package.  It is 
not intended to move to Core in later releases which do not have the 
Mozilla package.

FE5 gets removed, Core packages get added.  FE6 stays the same.

If you don't like that, then think of RHEL as the testbed.  We are 
porting the RHEL specs over to seamonkey into FC5.
