Orphaning udftools

Hi,

The udftools package seems to have been broken for a while :
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=168111

I'm not interested in maintaining a package from a dead upstream
project (last release is from 2004 and open bugs have been piling up
ever since), so I would like to offer it to someone else, or if no one
is interested... have it removed entirely from Extras for now.

Possible start point to get it back into shape :
http://packages.debian.org/testing/source/udftools
(as you can see, the Debian patch is larger than the original
sources...)
