Subscribing to -maintainers list

Hi guys,

For quite a while we've had a fedora-maintainers mailing list for
everyone with at least one package in Core or Extras. This was supposed
to allow us to have a low traffic list for information relevant to all
packagers. When the list was first created, maintainers were
automatically added and for a while some of us thought that the list of
maintainers would continue to be pulled automatically from owners.list
or the account system.

That turns out to not be true. New maintainers have to subscribe to the
list manually. In addition, since the list is for maintainers-only, a
list admin needs to confirm the email address belongs to a packager and
approve the subscription.

So, if any of you are maintaining packages and not subscribed to that
list, please sign up now. If you're trying to sign up and keep getting
rejected, please let us know so one of the list admins can match email
address to packager and get you subscribed.

Thanks,
-Toshio
