gltron / armagetronad suitable for FE

Hi,

I was wondering if gltron / armagetronad are suitable for inclusion to
FE? I'm asking because both are popular tron lightcycle games and both
are freesoftware, but I'm not sure if they are ok as they are clearly
inspired by tron the movie and I'm afraid they might conflict with
certain tron (the movie) related copyrights / trademarks.
