not that its a huge deal either way  but if im using central log servers only  
then there will be nothing to rotate.  however Disk is cheap  and users who 
don't really know what they are doing will fill up /var with huge log files  
and users who should know better could slip up at some time.  so we really 
expect and want log rotation for the most part.

the only viable solution is to have those packages Requires: logrotate
