repoview for debuginfo packages?

It was used for a short period of time, and near the FC6 release it broke, and 
I didn't take the time to fix it.  I only got one report of it not working so 
I felt it wasn't all that well used.  I decided to wait until we merge 
core/extras and then have it fixed there.
