Fedora Extras packaging beta software into production repos, why?

* licenses/US laws/Fedora conventions closing out packages from FE
* Legal concerns against Livna.
* Stuck reviews (FE, Livna)
* Packages containing contents.
* Lack of general interest
* Fedora/Livna shipping versions not matching user demands (Too old, ...
too new, ...)
* Fedora/Livna shipping broken/non-functional/unusable packages.
* Simplicity of access.

I am involved into several 3rd party repos for one or more reasons from
the list above.
