Hi,

Now that FE-6 has been created / forked of in CVS I'm updating imlib2
in devel to 1.3.0 which is ABI compatible with 1.2.2 but uses gcc's
visibility attribute and thus could break nasty programs which use
functions not defined in the public header files.
