orphaning xffm

The new version of Xfce (which we are hopefully going to push out in
the next few days) no longer uses xffm as it's filemanager.
Instead it uses thunar.

The current xffm in extras is old and won't compile against the new
Xfce 4.4.

Upstream xffm is very much alive, but they have changed all their
packaging. They split out the main xffm into about 17 packages, and it
does all kinds of things now besides file managing.

Since this isn't used in core Xfce anymore, and I don't use it, I am
going to orphan it. If there is anyone interested in taking it over,
please feel free.

Note that I am going to also request it be removed from the repos.
After the xfce 4.4 update, the current version will be broken.

Happy to provide any further info for interested parties.
