Glade 3 is not in Core

I thought glade2 was for gtk 2.6, while glade3 exposes the gtk 2.8
API? Given this it's a bit strange I think to include a GUI builder
tool for an API that is obsolete in the distro (Fedora 6 is at gtk
2.10 so this might be a problem in any case?)
