Aloha from Hawaii! I'm not really supposed to be reading email on my
vacation, but I did note that the FSF replied to my request for
licensing consideration. The FSF Licensing Guru isn't sure about this
license, and has sent it to Eben and RMS for consideration. If/when we
hear back from either/both of them, I'll certainly update this thread.
