help with comps.xml and lineak-related packages

I honestly just don't know where to file this.  It has media plugins,
kde plugins, etc., which could be filed in separate areas, but I don't
even know where would be best to file the base package (x-base is the
closest I can think of).

Any ideas/recommendations?
