Fedora Extras packaging beta software into production repos, why?

XFCE isn't /that/ popular to begin with... but yes, I use it sometimes, and
did futz around some with the betas.

And I've certainly tried one-off (or preview-of-tomorrows-rawhide) packages
on breakage.
