It has been approved for inclusion in extras on 2006-09-19:

But it doesn't seems to be imported to cvs nor built.

I hope it'll be soon in the repo. It is also needed for a lesstif 
rebuild (although only for a check which isn't currently run, so it
could be removed temporarily)...
