AWOL maintainer, packages looking for new owner

Hi all,

As also discussed in another thread, but probably not followed by
everyone there, hence a new post in this: Hugo Cisneiros is official
AWOL, contact has been made and he would respond about his Fedora
contributer status on the list, but he hasn't.

This means that the following packages are looking for a new owner,
some packages already have volunteers who I've added in brackets:

kerry (Sebastian Vahl)

metamonitor
netpanzer
netpanzer-data
pengupop
python-ogg (Matthias Saou)
python-vorbis (Matthias Saou)
tuxpuck
xmoto
