Submitting a package - a quick question on the best way

Hi,

I'm building testdisk from
http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk_Download which bundles in it's
srpm ntfsprogs and progreiserfs as tarballs which are then built by the
spec file and which are then used for building photorec and testdisk.

Do I need to submit ntfsprogs and progreiserfs in their own right or am
I okay just to submit testdisk as it stands?
