Looking for reproducer at a bitlbee/useradd problem

One obvious thing that will cause it to fail is if the bitlbee group exists 
when the package is installed, but the bitlbee user doesn't.  That's why it's 
better to use groupadd and useradd -g separately rather than relying on 
useradd to take care of creating the group too.
