RFC: Close this list now?

	Discussion history can be nice to have if someone every wants to
discover why the code/package does something funky. It's also useful to
quickly conclude or restart a frequent thread. Are there any specific
plans for hosting the archives? Or would Fedora be relying on external
mirrors/archives for that?
