Please don't go in circles. It has been said before that it would
be __versioned__ Obsoletes. "Versioned" as in
Obsoletes: foo <= last_pkg_version_release_in_fedora_dist
which means the pkg "foo" can be reintroduced with a higher
%version-%release as normal and in the same way a 3rd party package would
override what is included in the dist.

"Good bye" to manually installed rpms. Plus, it's manual clean-up of
a broken distribution.
