v0.5 - dbaron's layout style stuff + windows font implementation

this mostly implements font-stretch on windows.  narrower and wider aren't
supported yet and there are some bugs.  this doesn't do any kind of synthetic
width stuff so you have to have font families with various widths installed for
it to work.
