Some more QA:

The moderna fontconfig file has several problems:
1. it references Modata and not Moderna
2. it declares an Mgopen font as a valid Helvetica substitute.

Unfortunately Helvetica is used by default in many CSS rules, and the mgopen
fonts do not really have enough unicode coverage to provide a satisfactory
replacement for worldwide browsing.

Thus I'd advise using a fontconfig file modelled after basic-font-template.*
only for Moderna

(the decision can of course be revisited later if someone picks up Moderna and
starts improving its coverage)
