One small problem that needs addressing that that ghc-network-doc
comflicts with ghc-doc currently since doc dirs are not versioned
for the sake of haddock.

Possible workarounds:
1) version docs here (simplest but will hide the html?)
2) version the docs in ghc (needs a ghc rebuild:()
3) drop the docs from ghc-doc (ditto)

(The same will apply for ghc-time, which is yet to be submitted.)
